1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TURF platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

TURF provides a platform for discovering and booking sports grounds and turfs operated by third-party venue owners ("Operators"). We act as an intermediary between you and Operators. Each booking is subject to the Operator's own policies in addition to these terms.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the Operator for that venue. Payment terms, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the specific venue's rules. TURF may charge a service or processing fee as disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Scrape, automate access, or overload our systems without permission.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service or content without our consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TURF and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any booking. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
