Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for bookings made through the TURF platform. Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation rules of each venue (group or turf) and the timing of your cancellation.
2. Cancellation by You
If you cancel a booking, the refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel:
- More than 24 hours before: Full refund of the booking amount, minus any non-refundable processing fee if stated at booking.
- Between 12 and 24 hours before: 50% refund of the booking amount, unless the venue has a stricter policy.
- Less than 12 hours before: No refund, unless the venue explicitly allows it or in cases of documented emergencies.
Venue-specific policies may be stricter; those will be shown at the time of booking and take precedence for that booking.
3. Cancellation by Venue
If a venue cancels your booking (e.g., maintenance, weather, or operational reasons), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that booking. We will notify you by email or in-app message and process the refund within 5–7 business days.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the booking. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear. For wallet or in-platform credits, the refund is usually applied within 24 hours.
5. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that was not granted, please contact us with your booking reference and details. We will work with you and the venue to resolve the matter in line with this policy and the venue's terms.
